
The Vanuatu Cricket Association (VCA) is introducing an exciting new initiative to boost cricket development at the club level. Seven part-time, paid Club Coach positions are now available in Port Vila.
This program is part of the VCA’s ongoing commitment to grassroots cricket, designed to align clubs with schools and provide a structured development pathway for young cricketers. The selected coaches will work closely with the VCA High-Performance Manager to provide elite coaching and support to develop players.

The new part-time Club Coach roles will be introduced across the following leading clubs in Port Vila:
Splashe Mele Bulls
Tafea Cricket Club
North Efate Bushpigs
Independence Park Chiefs
Mighty Saints
Panthers
Ifira Cricket Club
About the Club Coach Role
The part-time, paid positions require a commitment of two days per week at the Vanuatu Cricket Ground (VCG). The role will focus on:
Developing club players and supporting their growth
Strengthening school-club connections for a seamless development pathway
Collaborating with the VCA High-Performance Manager to deliver elite coaching programs
